Marketing Consultant (Remote)
This role provides a variety of marketing and branding strategy options to support the needs of our clients and to acquire and retain Sedgwick Pooling customers across all lines of business.
Primary Purpose of the RoleSupport and advance Sedgwick’s marketing initiatives through strategic planning, creative content development, and data‑driven optimization.
Essentials Responsibilities- Creates unique, strategic marketing collateral to meet the needs of a variety of clients.
- Responsible for design and marketing support for strategic marketing plans, working with in‑house and outside resources to create high‑impact materials.
- Develops content for Sedgwick services and/or Pooling clients.
- Leads strategic marketing campaigns with digital promotions such as branding, email blasts/newsletters, webinars, flyers, promotions, and website optimization.
- Strategizes with management to analyze effective marketing campaigns through data analytics and pivots toward optimization for further engagement.
- Edits and proofreads marketing collateral.
- Conducts research, analysis, logistics, and overall coordination of projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all aspects of the business and ancillary services such as alternative risk to support national marketing programs.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Concentration in marketing or communications is preferred.
- Required:
Six (6) years of experience in marketing or corporate communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with Web Content Management platforms such as Word Press, Wix, and Squarespace.
- Demonstrated skills in marketing, digital marketing, writing, editing, digital analytics, strategy, and website development.
- Competitive intelligence focus; familiarity with logistics software and digital analytics.
- Layout and design skills; knowledge of Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Attention to detail, deadlines, and budget restraints.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet or exceed performance expectations.
The range of starting pay for this role is $58,331.00 – $81,644.00 USD annual salary.
