Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations and owns programs that drive expansion and deepen engagement within Ethena’s growing customer base. The north star is revenue expansion within existing accounts. You will build and run lifecycle marketing programs that surface new products and capabilities to the right customers at the right time and support communications, storytelling, webinars, and community work that drives customer growth.
This position is open to anyone based in the United States, and the workforce is fully remote.
Reports toEvan Doyle, Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations
What you’ll do- Own email communications to customers: Build and manage campaigns that surface new product capabilities, create upsell moments, drive adoption, and create the monthly customer newsletter.
- Own onboarding and early lifecycle marketing: Improve Ethena’s new-customer email onboarding program and accelerate time to value for the first 90 days.
- Run customer webinars: Plan, produce, and host regular webinars for our customer base, featuring product experts and customer guests.
- Support a customer advisory board: Establish and manage a formal Customer Advisory Board with senior customer executives.
- Capture customer stories: Manage the lifecycle of customer advocacy assets: testimonials, case studies, video stories, and pull quotes.
- Build and run the reference program: Manage the reference program, matching sales opportunities with the right customer advocates.
- Get customers on stage: Place customers in speaking opportunities at webinars and industry events.
- Foster customer community: Organize virtual and in‑person moments to foster a sense of community among customers.
- Own peer review programs: Run review generation campaigns on G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and similar platforms.
- Customer marketing experience: Owned customer marketing or advocacy programs at a B2B SaaS company, with measurable expansion or retention outcomes.
- A revenue mindset: Comfortable tying campaigns to expansion ARR and pipeline.
- A storyteller’s instincts: Ability to spot compelling angles and produce impactful case studies.
- Cross‑functional range: Comfortable working with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Bias toward action: Organized, runs programs simultaneously, and prefers execution over perfect planning.
- Mar Tech & AI fluency: Built emails and lifecycle workflows in Hub Spot;
Salesforce familiarity is a plus. Heavy AI user who builds agentic workflows. - Compliance curiosity: Genuine interest in the compliance space.
This is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting or standing in a home office environment. Occasional travel may be required.
Compensation$120,000 - $150,000 a year.
