We're seeking a full‑time Marketing Representative to own and execute our digital marketing efforts — from search visibility to video content to day‑to‑day campaign management. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple marketing hats and can work independently with minimal oversight.

• Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search rankings; conduct keyword research; monitor performance and suggest improvements.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form video content (client testimonials, educational clips, social media reels) for use across our website and social channels.
• Write, edit, and publish blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy that reflects our brand voice.
• Manage Google Business Profile, Google Ads campaigns (if applicable), and Google Analytics to track traffic, leads, and campaign performance.
• Make ongoing updates and edits to our Squarespace website, including content changes, page additions, and general upkeep.
• Collaborate on marketing strategy and campaign calendars.
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics.

• Demonstrated experience with SEO best practices and tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Cap Cut, or similar.
• Strong writing and content editing skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and/or Google Ads.
• Self‑starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Squarespace a plus.
• Insurance or financial services marketing experience a plus, but not required.
