For our client, we are seeking a Director Organic Growth & Discoverability to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $220,000 – $276,000 annually
Responsibilities- Set and own the organic growth strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and budget, ensuring the company’s organic presence is impactful
- Develop the AEO/GEO playbook for how the company appears in AI platforms like ChatGPT and Google AI, including content strategy and tracking success
- Collaborate with web engineering on the technical SEO roadmap, translating SEO needs into actionable specifications for development
- Run the content strategy for organic growth, establishing the editorial standards and managing the production calendar
- Consolidate the company’s presence on platforms such as Reddit, G2, and You Tube into a cohesive discoverability strategy
- Educate sales and partnerships teams on the evolving landscape of organic and AI search, and its competitive implications
- Act as a culture ambassador for the Growth Marketing team, promoting an AI-native and high-ownership work ethic
- 8+ years in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or tech company
- Strong pipeline orientation, linking organic channels to revenue and business outcomes beyond mere traffic
- Deep technical SEO expertise, including site architecture and performance issues, with the ability to collaborate with engineers
- Proficiency with AI visibility strategies, having hands‑on experience with citation methods and structured content for AI consumption
- Strong content instincts, capable of differentiating between valuable and superficial content, with experience managing content operations at scale
- Demonstrable vendor management skills, capable of ensuring agencies meet outcomes rather than just deliverables
- Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations and thriving in environments that require building functions from scratch
- Hybrid work environment with a mix of in-office and remote days
- Up to four weeks of fully remote work available annually
