Job Description

Content Marketing Manager (AI-Powered)

Location: Midvale, UT

Remote Compensation: $80,000/year

Primary Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation

Own content strategy across FMG
Develop long-form and short-form content (guides, checklists, playbooks, blogs, emails, landing pages)
Translate complex marketing concepts into clear content
Repurpose and extend content across channels
Leverage AI tools for content creation

Integrated Campaign Content

Partner with Revenue and Product Marketing on campaign messaging
Own content for webinars, lead generation campaigns
Develop campaign messaging frameworks and assets
Extend campaign value through repurposing

Website Content, SEO & AEO

Own website copy across FMG and Agency Revolution
Optimize for SEO and AI-powered search (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude)
Audit and improve website content for conversion and performance
Maintain customer stories and testimonials

Social Media & Audience Engagement

Own social content strategy across FMG and Agency Revolution
Transform campaigns into engaging social content
Manage Linked In presence and Linked In Live events
Develop community engagement strategy (Reddit, Linked In)
Manage You Tube presence and content

Thought Leadership & Brand Content

Write newsletters, byline articles, executive thought leadership
Lead webinar content development
Partner with subject matter experts

Content Operations & Quality

Maintain content library and governance
Ensure content accuracy and compliance
Serve as final editorial reviewer
Track content performance

Skills & Qualifications

5-7+ years in content marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, or communications
Experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or fintech strongly preferred
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong understanding of SEO/AEO content strategy
Experience with AI tools for content creation
Social media content strategy expertise
CMS and marketing technology proficiency
Strong project management skills
