Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager role at Goliaence is a part-time, hybrid position based in Round Rock, TX, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the individual will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive lead generation and brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media marketing efforts, overseeing digital advertising funnels, analyzing web analytics to improve performance, and coordinating content and campaigns with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The Digital Marketing Manager will also contribute to AI-powered initiatives, support website optimization, and ensure all marketing activities align with overall growth strategy and brand positioning. Regular reporting, testing, and refinement of campaigns are expected to maintain strong results and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience creating and managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Hands‑on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and platform‑specific best practices.
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation, from campaign design and funnel optimization to qualification and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to interpret data, generate insights, and guide decision-making.
  • Experience with SEO, marketing automation, and basic website optimization is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Round Rock, TX.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
