Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy to join our growing team. The role is remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations (New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN).
Job SummaryAs part of Real Chemistry's 21
GRAMS, the Associate Creative Director, Copy will lead creative engagements across multiple healthcare client accounts, crafting compelling narratives in various voices, producing standout and strategically focused campaigns, and mentoring teams both internally and externally.
- Structure complete narratives and write in different voices to suit client and audience.
- Collaborate with ACD, Art to produce standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences.
- Identify and interview prospective creative candidates.
- Manage teams, creative output, and client relationships.
- Ensure concepts and campaign execution align with client strategy.
- Oversee day‑to‑day deliverables for the team under tight deadlines while delivering best‑in‑class work.
- Mentor teams internally and externally.
- Manage awards submissions and case studies for the brand.
- Participate in high‑level projects and new business pitches.

- Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences.
- 5‑7+ years of healthcare/pharma experience in an agency environment.
- A consistent record of creative ability and judgment.
- A comprehensive creative portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities and the ability to produce work in high‑science pharma categories.
$160,000‑$190,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
