# Top Tier Fall Intern###### Job Listing, Top Tier Remote Intern Other Apply  Now Back to Job Board Top Tier Lessons is a venture-backed sports technology company partnering with college athletic programs and NIL collectives to run athlete-led youth sports camps and clinics nationwide. We handle everything — registration technology, marketing, compliance, safety, payments, and day-of execution — so universities and athletes can monetize NIL without the operational lift.

We're hiring four paid, part-time interns this fall to work remote and across our Boise and Santa Clara markets. Each internship has its own focus, but roles are fluid — we hire for talent. You're welcome to apply for one role or several.

** Open Internship Roles
**** 1. Social Media + Content Creation
** You'll own Top Tier's presence across Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms — building content that drives camp registrations and grows our brand in each market. This role is equal parts creative and strategic.
* Develop and execute social media content across platforms
* Build and manage camp promotional campaigns (organic and paid)
* Track performance and iterate based on what's working
* Collaborate with the photography and videography intern on visual assets
* You're a fit if:
* You live on social media, have a strong creative eye, and know how to write content that actually converts.
** 2. Photography + Videography
** You'll be on the ground at Top Tier camps capturing the moments that fuel our marketing — athlete interactions, camper highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and everything in between. This content is the lifeblood of our brand.
* Attend and photograph/film live camp events in your market
* Edit and deliver photo and video assets for use across social media, email, and paid campaigns
* Develop short-form video content (Reels, Tik Toks, highlight clips)
* Build a growing content library that supports camp promotion across all sports and markets
* You're a fit if:
* You shoot and edit confidently, move fast in dynamic environments, and have a portfolio that shows it. Proficiency in Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, or similar tools preferred.
** 3. Elite Athlete Camp Outreach + Management
** You'll be the point of contact for college athletes from first outreach through camp execution — identifying prospects, building relationships, coordinating logistics, and making sure every athlete is set up for success on camp day.
* Research and identify college athlete prospects across target sports and markets
* Execute outreach campaigns via DM, email, and phone
* Manage athlete relationships through our CRM pipeline
* Coordinate athlete camp logistics: contracts, scheduling, day-of preparation
* Support on-site athlete management at live camp events
* You're a fit if:
* You're a natural relationship-builder who is organized, persistent, and comfortable with outreach. A background in sports — playing or working in athletics — is a strong advantage.
** 4. Executive Team Support
** You'll work directly alongside Top Tier's leadership team on the internal operations and strategic projects that keep the company running and growing. This role touches everything — no two weeks look the same.
* Support executive leadership with internal operations, scheduling, and project management
* Assist with newsletter production and external communications
* Contribute to strategic research, partnership development, and market expansion
* Participate in executive meetings and take ownership of cross-functional projects
* Help build and refine internal systems, processes, and documentation
