Role Description

The Events & Partnerships Coordinator is a part-time, hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is to work closely with our community manager amd help planning, organizing, and executing local events that promote the Zèya App, including community meetups, pop-ups, and partner activations in colleges like FIU and Miami Dade. The coordinator will also help nurture existing partnerships, and help build new ones by doing influencer outrach and help with other marketing efforts as needed.

Qualifications
  • Experience in event planning and coordination, including logistics, budgeting, and on-site management.
  • Ability to build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort in presenting and networking in diverse community settings.
  • Basic proficiency in digital marketing and social media promotion to support event visibility and partner campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing priorities
