Influencer Sourcing & Outreach Lead; Remote

We are looking for a proactive Influencer Sourcing & Outreach Specialist to find creators across You Tube, Instagram, and Tik Tok who fit our brand’s aesthetic and target audience.

This is a hyper-focused role. You will be responsible for the initial discovery and first‑touch outreach.

• Identify Creators:
  Scroll through our brand accounts and discovery feeds to find relevant creators on Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
• Initial Outreach:
  Send our standard, pre‑approved initial outreach message to the selected influencers from our official brand accounts.
• Note:
  
  This role is strictly focused on the initial contact phase. You will not be responsible for managing follow‑ups, negotiating contracts, or closing deals.

• A reliable, fast internet/Wi‑Fi connection.
• Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube apps installed and updated on your mobile device or desktop.
• An eye for social media trends and a solid understanding of what makes a creator a good brand fit.

• Accounts Provided:
  You do not need to create or use personal accounts; we will grant you direct, secure access to our official brand accounts for all sourcing and outreach.
