The Real Autograph is seeking a Sports Media content creator Intern to support our growing social media and content operation across Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and other digital platforms. The Real Autograph is one of the leading sports memorabilia and live ecommerce companies in the United States, specializing in fully authenticated memorabilia, trading cards, mystery boxes, and live‑selling entertainment.
This internship is designed for students who are passionate about sports, social media, and digital storytelling. The Sports Media Intern will help identify trending sports moments, athlete storylines, viral clips, fan reactions, and cultural conversations that can be turned into engaging short‑form content for The Real Autograph ’s social channels.
The Fall 2026 Internship Program will run from August 10, 2026 through January 3, 2027, lasting approximately 21 weeks. The program is hybrid, with in‑person opportunities for live activations and remote work for content and social media responsibilities. Interns are expected to commit 15+ hours per week, with flexibility around class schedules.
This is an unpaid internship eligible for academic college credit, with performance bonus opportunities available.
This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real experience inside a fast‑paced sports collectibles, media, and live commerce company while contributing to content that reaches real audiences across major social platforms.
Responsibilities include:- Researching trending sports moments, athlete storylines, viral clips, debates, and fan reactions
- Identifying daily content opportunities across the NFL, NBA, MLB, soccer, UFC, and other major sports
- Assisting with short‑form content ideas for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts
- Writing hooks, captions, and on‑screen text ideas for social media posts
- Helping organize content for posting across The Real Autograph ’s social channels
- Tracking which types of sports content, topics, and formats are performing best
- Staying up to date with sports news, athlete conversations, social media trends, and internet culture
- Supporting the marketing team with daily content execution and creative ideas
- Working alongside the content programming team to store and organize these clips for reposting on our other social platforms
- Weekly reporting of videos created and performance to the Head of Marketing
- Must be at least 18 years old and either a current high school senior graduating in 2026, an incoming college freshman, or an incoming college sophomore for the Fall 2026 semester. Ideal candidates should have an expected graduation date that aligns with freshman or sophomore standing, preferably Spring 2029 or Spring 2030.
