At Randall Reilly, you'll partner with nationally recognized brands to solve real hiring challenges through Google Ads, Meta, Display, Programmatic, You Tube, and more. Instead of simply launching campaigns, you'll own the strategy behind them—using performance data to diagnose issues, optimize campaigns, and influence business outcomes.
What You'll OwnYou'll become the strategic brain behind digital campaigns and not just the person clicking buttons.
You’ll:
- Build data-driven campaign strategies that align with client hiring goals.
- Analyze performance marketing campaigns daily to identify opportunities before they become problems.
- Diagnose performance issues by evaluating campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, keyword quality, creative performance, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Turn Lead-to-Hire data into actionable recommendations that improve Cost Per Lead and Cost Per Hire—not just impressions and clicks.
- Partner with our Google & Social execution specialists to implement optimization strategies that actually move the needle.
- Present strategic recommendations backed by data and confidently explain the "why."
- Continuously test, learn, and improve campaign performance across Search, Social, Display, and Programmatic.
- 2-5 years managing paid digital campaigns in an agency or performance marketing environment.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
. - Comfortable managing campaign budgets and optimizing toward CPL, CPA, ROAS, or other performance goals.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance—not just reporting it.
- Able to identify performance issues related to:
- Campaign structure
- Bidding strategies
- Audience targeting
- Keyword intent
- Creative fatigue
- Budget allocation
- Landing page experience
- Conversion tracking
- Comfortable making strategic recommendations backed by data.
- Experience across Search, Display, Paid Social, and other paid media channels is a plus.
- Google Ads Certification

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $70, annually. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
