Go Bigly is seeking a hands‑on Head of Growth Marketing to scale a $500k monthly paid media operation to $2M–$3M+ while fully owning the funnel from acquisition to retention. You will build and lead a team, design GTM plans for new platforms, and drive consistent KPI targets across ad spend, ROAS, CVR, LTV and engagement.
