Role Description

Role This is a remote Volunteer Marketing Manager role/Unpaid. The Volunteer Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of United Leaders Global and its youth-focused initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include planning campaigns, managing social media channels, coordinating content creation, and monitoring engagement and performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with other volunteers and stakeholders, supporting event promotion, and maintaining consistent branding across digital platforms.

The Volunteer Marketing Manager will also help identify new outreach opportunities and contribute to building a strong, engaged global community.

Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and audience engagement.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing practices such as social media management, email marketing, and basic analytics tools.
  • Be able to work for unpaid/volunteer position
  • Be able to work for 4-7 hrs per week
  • Skills in content creation and communication, including copywriting, storytelling, and adapting messages for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in remote teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a volunteer environment.
  • Strong interest in youth empowerment, social impact, and global community building; prior experience in nonprofit or volunteer work is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required.
