The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing programs across North America, with a focus on customer marketing, cross-sell initiatives, and event support. This role is responsible for coordinating campaigns, managing project timelines, assisting with event logistics, and ensuring all marketing activities are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Working closely with marketing colleagues and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Coordinator helps drive consistent, high-quality execution of initiatives that enhance customer engagement and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of customer marketing and cross-sell campaigns across North America, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate and execute email, webinar, and digital marketing activities across multiple channels.
- Assist with campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and reporting using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, including logistics, communications, and post-event activities.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate deliverables across internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and program tracking tools to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support lead management processes, list uploads, campaign reporting, and data quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate marketing data, campaign tracking, and system records to support reporting and operational excellence.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing communications and activities to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns and customer programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment, quality execution, and timely delivery of initiatives.
- Provide administrative and operational support to enable efficient day-to-day marketing activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the marketing function.
- Undertake additional marketing projects and responsibilities as required, in line with the scope and level of the role.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, digital marketing activities, or event coordination.
