Responsibilities
- Test and optimize subscription elements including pricing, save interventions and reduce payment and technical friction.
- Track test results and analyze user data to find areas of opportunity.
- Produce targeted on‑site promotional campaigns around upgrades, user subscription experience and upgrade opportunities.
- Create customer segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure relevant, personalized communications.
- Utilize AI to find optimizations in our marketing, data and subscription interventions.
- Produce email marketing campaigns, product updates, and promotional communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and create detailed reports on key metrics including customer retention rate, engagement and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a subscription product, or relevant experience.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools, familiarity with AI tools, ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Self‑starter who is resourceful and highly organized, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support effective solutions.
- Strong communication and writing skills with exposure to segmentation, personalization, and hands‑on experience executing campaigns.
- Highly adaptable with ability to manage multiple competing priorities and make decisions within scope of authority.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and experience using AI tools to identify and optimize opportunities strongly preferred.
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TM, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
The compensation range for this position is $26.45–$28.84 per hour. Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
