Location: St. George

Product Marketing Manager – Remote

Solventum Health Information Systems (HIS) is a leader in healthcare payment, patient safety, and quality methodologies. The Product Marketing Manager for the United States will own the strategic marketing plans and execution for Solventum’s portfolio of payment innovation, population health, and quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement key messaging, value propositions, and core content for the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to align marketing plans with strategic vision and financial objectives.
  • Drive market awareness and adoption of Solventum’s proprietary and public methodologies across the division.
  • Own new product introduction marketing deliverables through the gate review process.
  • Conduct customer insights, competitive, and market research to develop a comprehensive, division‑wide marketing plan.
  • Lead strategy and execution of marketing deliverables for government and payer‑adopted methodology events.
  • Manage execution, reporting, follow‑up, and adjustment of marketing tactics, including landing pages, case studies, fact sheets, e‑guides, events, webinars, and advertising.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support strategic growth programs for regulatory, payer, and provider solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) from an accredited institution.
  • Ten (10) years of product marketing experience.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in health‑care payment classification, population health, or quality methodologies (strongly preferred).
  • Broad knowledge of the health‑care, Health Information Management, and health‑care IT industry.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • Deeper understanding of U.S. health‑care regulatory and policy environment.
  • Experience developing thought leadership and engaging industry influencers.
  • Digital marketing savvy with demonstrated results.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent presentation skills, and clear writing and messaging ability.
  • Self‑starter, strategic thinker, creative, assertive, collaborative, action‑oriented, fast learner, and outstanding influencing skills.
Location & Travel

Remote work; estimated 20% domestic travel.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $143,200 – $196,900 (base plus variable incentive). Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement options.
