Your start in the Product Team at More! As a Product Development Manager (gn), you will develop new product ideas together with the Product Team and accompany the entire development process, from the first idea to market launch. You ensure that all information about the product lands in the right place and support with structured briefings. This is a temporary parental leave replacement position.

• Develop innovative product ideas and concepts together with developers, scientists, and medical professionals
• Coordinate the entire product development process – from the first idea to successful launch and beyond
• Create precise and structured product briefings for the graphic and marketing department
• Take end-to-end planning, prioritization, and further development of cross-functional projects
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure a smooth flow of information across all channels (B2C & B2B)
• Analyze market trends, identify potentials, and define clear USPs for our products in close coordination with the marketing department
• Create and manage label data in compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

• You have a completed degree in economics, nutritional sciences, or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in product management, quality management, or project management – ideally in the food or dietary supplement industry
• You are proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• You like to work in a team and communicate openly, clearly, and goal-oriented
• You are independent, structured, and bring an agile and dynamic working style
• You enjoy professional challenges and develop yourself continuously
• You are ready to regularly further educate yourself and expand your knowledge
• You speak German and English fluently
