Content Marketing Manager; Remote – Latin America

Help Build New Jersey Law Firm’s Digital Marketing

The Cintron Firm is a New Jersey law firm seeking to build a modern digital marketing platform using AI, video, books, and educational content.

This is not a traditional social media position. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a brand. If you love creating content, learning new AI tools, editing videos, writing engaging posts, and turning ideas into marketing that gets results, we want to hear from you.

This position is fully remote, and we are particularly interested in candidates from Latin America.

Your mission will be transforming the attorney's knowledge into engaging content that educates thousands of people and helps grow the firm. You'll have the freedom to suggest new ideas, experiment with AI tools, and help shape the firm's long-term marketing strategy.

• Edit and publish videos for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, and Linked In.
• Repurpose one piece of content into multiple posts, articles, emails, and videos.
• Create both English and Spanish content.
• Turn books, articles, and legal topics into engaging social media content.
• Help manage and grow our social media presence.
• Create and distribute email newsletters.
• Maintain and improve our Google Business Profile.
• Encourage satisfied clients to leave online reviews.
• Track content performance and recommend future content ideas.
• Continuously learn and implement new AI tools that improve marketing and content creation.

Experience with video editing, social media, content creation, graphic design, AI tools, and digital marketing is preferred.

Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

You won't simply be managing social media.

You’ll work directly with the firm's owner and help shape the future of our marketing strategy. As the firm grows, this role has the potential to grow into a leadership position with increased responsibility, compensation, and the opportunity to help build a marketing team.
