Community Intern (Reedsy Learning) – Remote

Reedsy Learning is an online publishing education platform with over 50 courses and 200,000 students.

Reedsy Learning seeks a Community Intern to support community management and promote courses and events, while gaining experience in community building, email outreach, influencer campaigns, and growth marketing.

• Identify and contact new leads for affiliate and influencer outreach.
• Manage communication with influencers and affiliates.
• Engage with students and moderate chat spaces on the custom community app (Circle).
• Help moderate live webinars.
• Generate ideas for introducing courses and events to new audiences.

• Analytical mind.
• Experience identifying audiences and targeting them with marketing campaigns.
• Experience with community management.
• Good understanding of Google Suite.
• Availability to work full‑time (at least 35 hours per week) for 6 months.

• Background in creative writing and/or growth marketing.
• A desire to initiate and act on your own ideas.
• Proven experience managing communities and scaling acquisition for a startup or fast‑growing company.
• Fluent in multiple languages;
