You’ll bring a brand to life. You’ll define how we show up in the world, from first impression to long‑term relationship with users and merchants. You’ll shape the story, tone, and traction of a product built to help millions move money instantly, fairly and globally. WhatYou’ll Lead
- Craft and evolve a compelling B2C brand narrative that resonates emotionally with consumers and merchants
- Own and execute off‑platform marketing campaigns across social, PR, partnerships, influencer, affiliate, and events
- Drive top‑of‑funnel user growth and awareness across global segments, especially emerging markets
- Launch trust‑building initiatives such as social proof and testimonials
- Build and distribute educational content that demystifies crypto and builds confidence
- Partner with Product and Design to align the user journey from acquisition to activation
- Use AI‑native tools to automate, accelerate and scale creative, copy and campaign operations
- 5–7 years in growth, brand or product marketing for a B2C product
- Proven track record of running successful off‑platform campaigns across social, PR, partnerships, events or affiliates
- Self‑starter with an AI‑native mindset – comfortable using AI tools for copy, creative and automation
- Experience growing international user bases across regions and channels (Fintech or payments experience is a strong plus)
- Strong B2C storytelling and brand building skills from narrative to trust‑building messaging
- Ambition to grow into a Head of Marketing role
- Experience in wallets, stable coins or crypto ecosystems
- Background marketing to end‑users and merchant/SMB audiences
- Familiarity with creator, influencer or affiliate marketing
- Define and launch a new brand, not just grow an existing one
- Lead top‑of‑funnel strategy and own the story across web, app, content and campaigns
- Work directly with founders and product leaders
- Use modern tools such as AI, no‑code and automation to scale impact
- Build the next big thing in global fintech and become a foundational marketing leader
