About

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, your core role is to build and nurture strong client relationships with home services clients. You are the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring effective execution of digital marketing campaigns in SEO, paid advertising, social media, and more. You transform client goals into successful strategies and provide confidence in achieving online success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long‑lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and business goals.
  • Lead internal and external training sessions on digital marketing, Scorpion systems and brand specifics.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams, encompassing SEO, paid advertising, social media management, chat, and content marketing, to achieve client objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to clients on SEO, PPC, and social media KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Directors, SEO specialists, paid advertising experts, social media managers, and content writers, to ensure client success.
  • Manage client budgets, allocating resources efficiently to achieve campaign objectives and return on investment.
  • Travel periodically for client meetings and possibly attend industry conferences.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field – or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
  • 4+ years of professional client‑facing account management experience.
  • 2 years in an Account Manager role or comparable experience.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital agency setting.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.

Compensation

The base salary range is $80,000 (entry‑level) to $102,500 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. Final salary is determined by location, skills, education, and experience. Compensation may also include incentive opportunities such as discretionary bonuses or commissions.

Work Location & Flexibility

Scorpion supports a range of work arrangements, including in‑office, hybrid, and remote. For remote positions, employees living within commuting distance of a Scorpion office may be asked to work from the office based on team needs and business priorities. Specific expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
