Poppy AI is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships from onboarding through retention. You will lead weekly or monthly check-ins, set expectations, and collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure promises are delivered.
This is a fully remote role with ET hours and a path to leadership as we scale. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in CSM in a marketing/agency context, strong communication under pressure, and experience with SEO or paid social.
