The Creative Strategist I supports pursuit production and day-to-day marketing operations while developing the core storytelling and execution skills at the heart of the Creative Enterprise. As a key production contributor, this role helps prepare the proposals, presentations, and collateral that position the firm to win work.
Working across multiple teams, the Creative Strategist I maintains marketing databases and resource materials, coordinates with team members and vendors, supports research and special projects, and steadily learns the firm’s pursuit lifecycle, tools, and standards.##

What You’ll Need:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
* 1+ years of relevant experience or internship
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Ability to learn in a fast paced environment
** Here’s How You’ll Stand Out:
*** Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for proposal production.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Deltek Vantagepoint.
