Scenthound is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own CRM strategy across email, SMS, and push, driving acquisition, retention, loyalty, and long‑term member value. You’ll build automated journeys, segment audiences, and run data‑driven tests while collaborating with franchise partners and cross‑functional teams.
You’ll own reporting on lifecycle KPIs and partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to optimize the member experience in a fast-moving franchise environment.
