We are seeking a highly skilled communications professional to be part of our Executive and Employee Technology Communications. This role centers on supporting C-suite leaders in planning, coordinating, and executing tier one speakerships, while also driving strategic communications for technical audiences across the organization.
Responsibilities- Executive Thought Leadership & Speakership Strategy:
Advise and partner with senior executives to shape and execute a forward-looking speakership strategy that advances the organization’s technical vision and reputation; identify and prioritize high-impact external and internal speaking opportunities; develop executive messaging and content that resonates with diverse technical audiences. - Integrated Executive & Employee Communications:
Serve as a trusted communications advisor to executive leadership; collaborate cross-functionally with technical leaders to craft speeches, presentations, and communications that engage technical communities and the broader workforce. - Strategic Technical Communications:
Design and implement integrated communications strategies that position technical executives as industry thought leaders and foster engagement and innovation; translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives. - Program Leadership & Impact Measurement:
Establish and manage processes to track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of executive communications and speakership engagements; ensure seamless execution and high standards of quality, timeliness, and executive readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8–10 years of communications experience, ideally supporting technical executives and employee communications in technology or engineering sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills for technical content.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with executive visibility programs and employee engagement initiatives is highly desirable.

Our hybrid roles combine on-site collaboration with remote work and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex typically requires 3+ days per week on-site with remote options. Virtual Flex typically requires 1–2 days on-site with remote work the rest of the time.
