The Service Marketing Coordinator role supports Dayton Children’s growth marketing function across two core areas: service line marketing and field marketing. This position is responsible for executing assigned tactics, coordinating activities, and managing timelines and deliverables in alignment with team priorities. On the service line marketing side, the coordinator supports campaign execution and referral development activities, partnering with service line marketing managers, provider relations, and digital, content, and brand marketing to ensure consistent, effective implementation.
On the field marketing side, the coordinator supports sponsorship activation, outreach, and partnership activities, coordinating logistics and serving as a day-to‑day point of contact for internal and external partners as needed. Across both areas, this is an execution role: the coordinator does not independently set strategy but ensures assigned initiatives are delivered efficiently and documented consistently.
