Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually.

Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Success Specialist to join the Client Success team for the Medical Communications Group. You will be the primary contact between internal departments and external clients, managing the execution of digital advertising campaigns and collaborating with Sales to recommend strategies that optimize campaign performance.

• Ensure client strategy and campaign objectives are communicated and implemented across cross‑functional teams.
• Own full campaign lifecycle and delivery, coordinating with editorial, marketing, finance, email operations, ad operations, and sales to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, communicate progress, and take ownership of the customer experience.
• Proactively report status to senior management, sales, and clients, and provide updates within 24 hours.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, proposing optimizations and upsell opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
• Provide quality assurance for IO and product details in Salesforce and confirm monthly billing and delivery with finance.

• 3-5 years of industry experience or related work.
• Strong internal and external communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, solution‑oriented mindset to meet sales and client objectives.
• Effective planning and efficient communication to ensure successful campaigns.
• Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of digital order management systems such as Salesforce, Workfront, Looker (plus).
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and work independently while being team oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
