Product Marketing
FMX is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps schools and local governments run their operations more efficiently. We’re not looking for someone to simply support launches or check boxes on a roadmap. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can shape how our products are understood in the market—defining clear positioning, building messaging that resonates, and leading go-to-market efforts that drive real impact.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Content to ensure every launch is thoughtful, every asset has a purpose, and every story connects back to what our customers truly care about.
- Develop clear, compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate our products and solidify our positioning in a crowded market.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) execution and product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery across all channels.
- Drive sales enablement by arming our team with the tools they need to win, including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and competitive battle cards.
- Gather deep market intelligence to become the resident expert on our competition and our buyers’ specific purchasing criteria.
- Partner on content strategy by collaborating with the creative team to produce high-impact assets, such as blogs, whitepapers, and videos, that address every stage of the funnel.
- Foster customer advocacy by engaging with users to gather insights, testimonials, and success stories that validate our product’s value.
- 2–5 years of dedicated Product Marketing experience, ideally with a strong background in the B2B SaaS space.
- The ability to communicate through exceptional writing and storytelling, translating complex technical jargon into clear and relatable "human" benefits.
- Proven project management skills demonstrated by successfully overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously, from minor feature updates to high-stakes product launches.
- An analytical mindset that thrives on using data (usage metrics, market trends, and Win/Loss analysis) to drive strategic decision-making.
- A collaborative spirit reflected in a history of working closely with Product and Sales leadership to align on roadmaps and organizational goals.
- You embody our core pillars:
Teamwork, Excellence, and Integrity.
- You'll make a big impact:
You’ll have significant influence over the direction of our product and the future of our company. - Competitive benefits: 100% company-paid health, dental, vision, long and short term disability, and life insurance.
- Work from home:
At FMX, we are remote first, but you’re welcome to use our office as you need. We have one all-company event a year to ensure that you can put a face to that name and establish high-trust relationships with your teammates and co-workers. When you’re in the office, you can take advantage of our free snacks, beverages, and office kegerator. - Home office stipend:
We’ll give you everything necessary to do your job (company-sponsored laptop, headset, etc.). We will also provide up to $500 to help with equipment, furniture, and accessories. You will also get $60/month toward your home internet connection. - Generous PTO and UTO (unplanned time off) policies:
If you’re sick, why should that cut into your vacation time? - Flexible
Schedule:
We offer a flexible schedule to help you manage personal appointments, such as doctor or dentist visits, as long as you're meeting performance expectations and project timelines. - You’ll enjoy a collaborative culture and a close-knit team:
We're a team of hard-working, high-fiving, friendly folks. We take collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and work/life balance seriously.
- This position offers a base salary and is eligible for the Company's Performance Bonus program. Total on-target earnings (OTE) are expected to be $90,000–$100,000 annually.
- 401(k) and medical / dental / vision / short and long term disability / life insurance.
The candidate for this position can be located anywhere in the US.
