In 2022, The Min Cave launched as a Telegram group for writers and content marketers. It's now curating jobs at scale and creating resources for content professionals.
We've been free since launch, serving 10,000+ writers and marketers. I'm restructuring the business model and need help keeping the community engaged while I rebuild. So, I'm looking to bring on a few smart people for the next phase, starting with a social media intern.

- Create original content from industry observations
- Build and maintain the content calendar
- Design simple graphics and visual assets (Canva-level)
- Spot content gaps
