The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the growth, visibility, and long‑term success of RPS Regency’s self‑insured group programs. This client‑facing position collaborates closely with insurance agents, trade associations, vendors, fund members, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that increase awareness, strengthen engagement, and drive program participation.
Reporting to the Area Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Specialist leads marketing projects from concept through execution while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. The role ensures the delivery of clear, compelling, and consistent communications across digital, print, event, and in‑person channels while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute marketing initiatives that support membership growth, retention, and engagement across self‑insured group programs.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and event platforms.
- Coordinate and support industry conferences, annual meetings, educational programs, trade shows, and client appreciation events.
- Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, promotional pieces, and member communications.
- Serve as a key point of contact for insurance agents, association partners, vendors, and fund members.
- Manage marketing projects from planning through implementation while ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to identify and implement marketing opportunities that support strategic business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related business environment.
- Experience with in the insurance industry, risk management, association management, or other professional services organizations is preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple marketing initiatives, events, campaigns, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop professional marketing content and communicate effectively with clients, agents, vendors, and association partners.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building strong business relationships.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with experience utilizing databases, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including the capability to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Confident presenter who can effectively communicate program features, benefits, procedures, and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to work independently while contributing as a collaborative member of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, marketing software platforms, social media tools, and digital communication technologies.
