JOB DESCRIPTION MARKET RESEARCH – TELE CALLING INTERN
Role and Responsibilities:
- Employment Type
- Internship (6 months) - Work Mode
- Work from Home - Location – Gurugram / Mumbai
- Experience – 0 to 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Building database and conduct CATI-based telephone surveys with respondents.
- Probe effectively to obtain detailed and accurate responses.
- Record and update survey responses in the designated software system.
- Develop and maintain a personal database of respondents for outreach and survey participation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's & master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
