** What You’ll Do**
* ** Film & Edit:
** Come to the mosque to film high-quality content and edit it into engaging Reels and Tik Toks.
* ** Analyze:
** Look deeply at our post performance to see what our community RESONATES with most.
* ** Plan:
** Help create and manage a dynamic weekly schedule for our social media pages.
* ** Stay Current:
** Keep up with the latest trends to keep our content fresh.### Ideal Candidate
* ** Local & Flexible:
** Able to work from home while visiting the DCA campus regularly for active filming.
* ** Highly Creative:
** Possesses a professional eye for taking photos, filming videos, and using editing apps (Cap Cut, Canva).
* ** Organized:
** Able to manage a content calendar and constantly meet deadlines.
* ** Respectful:
** Understands how to film mosque activities with care, etiquette, and excellence.### Preferred Strengths
* ** Visual Storytelling:
** A natural eye for framing shots and capturing the vibrant, authentic atmosphere of the campus.
* ** Algorithm Savvy:
** Deep understanding of what makes a video go viral, including hook writing, trending audio, and high-retention editing.

* Reliable ability to travel to the DCA campus in Lanham, MD for scheduled on-site filming.
