You thrive on cultivating meaningful relationships and delivering results that make clients say “wow.” Your day-to-day work will include:

• Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies using our Strategic Playbook.

• Manage day-to-day account work such as content strategy, technical SEO, CRO recommendations, Hub Spot workflows, and GBP optimization.

• Working closely with other Geear team members to develop, execute, and analyze clients’ SEO, GEO, content, and Hub Spot marketing campaigns.

• Ideate and contribute to quarterly projects intentionally chosen and designed to enhance our products and processes, using automation and AI to improve efficiency and increase value

• Participate in client calls as needed to provide subject-matter expertise and ensure expectations are clear.

• Share learnings, industry updates, and best practices with team members to elevate collective expertise.

• Monitor account performance regularly, report on progress, and recommend adjustments when results are not improving.

• Identify opportunities to test and iterate strategies for better outcomes.

• Bring new, innovative ideas to our team and clients.

• Contribute to making our 4-Day Workweek sustainable and successful for everyone.

• Someone who has direct, demonstrable experience improving performance with SEO and content marketing

• Someone who is deeply exploring and testing what works and doesn’t work in GEO

• Someone with experience using data to uncover insights and shape strategy

• Someone who has high empathy and can deeply understand customer needs and experiences

• Someone who gets excited watching their efforts translate into traffic, leads, and happy clients

• Someone who is curious about leveraging AI to do higher quality, more efficient work

• Someone who enjoys solving problems creatively and finding more efficient ways to work

• Someone who is well-organized and can manage their time effectively

• Someone who is driven and is looking to grow in their career

• If you have solid Hub Spot experience building workflows and automations

• If you have prior agency experience

• If you have prior experience in the financial services/banking and/or manufacturing industries
