Remote TikTok Manager (Volunteer) - Statewide Advocacy

All Aboard Ohio is seeking a Volunteer Tik Tok Manager to own the day-to-day operation of our Tik Tok account.

This role handles posting, community moderation, and audience engagement, working closely with our content creators to keep the account active and responsive.

• Schedule and publish Tik Tok content in coordination with the communications team and Tik Tok Content Creators
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in AAO's voice
• Moderate the comment section, flagging or removing spam and inappropriate content
• Track engagement metrics and share insights to inform future content
• Coordinate with the broader communications team to align Tik Tok with campaigns across other platforms

• Familiarity with Tik Tok's posting tools, analytics, and community features
• Comfortable representing an organization's voice in public-facing responses
• Reliable and responsive; comfortable checking in on the account regularly
• Interest in transportation, advocacy, or nonprofit communications is a plus

• Hands-on experience managing a growing organizational social presence
• Direct insight into what drives engagement for advocacy content
• Collaboration with AAO's communications and content teams
• Visibility for your work across a statewide advocacy network
