Position Summary
:

All Aboard Ohio is seeking a Volunteer Facebook Manager to run the day-to-day operation of our Facebook page.

This role keeps our largest social platform active, on-brand, and engaged with AAO's statewide community of

• Create and schedule posts, sharing news, events, campaigns, and chapter updates
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages in AAO's voice
• Engage with AAO chapters, partner organizations, and supporters' posts
• Track engagement and page growth, sharing insights with the communications team
• Coordinate with the broader communications team on content creation and messaging consistency across platforms

• Familiarity with Facebook's posting tools, Page management features, and analytics
• Comfortable creating basic content (graphics, copy) or repurposing content from the design team
• Comfortable representing an organization's voice in public-facing responses
• Reliable and responsive; comfortable managing an active public-facing page

• Ownership of AAO's largest social media community
• Experience running organizational social media for a statewide nonprofit
• Collaboration with AAO's communications and chapter teams
• Visibility for your work among supporters and stakeholders statewide
