We are hiring!
We're growing at Lemon Collaborative, and I'm looking to find the perfect people for two roles!
Niche Content Strategist. We need someone to dive in with our creators on deeper content strategy, profile reviews, and campaign recaps. This is a specialist role for someone who truly knows animal care, healthcare-adjacent, or has worked with a niche. We are just starting to have conversations around this and need someone ready to be called on.
Event Coordinator. Our live events are scaling, and I need a detail-obsessed and creative coordinator to own logistics, post-event debriefs, and partner recaps. Part-time to start, with real room to grow. We are ideally looking for someone who has run multiple events but open to entry level interns as well.
If either one sounds like you, or you know someone who would be a great fit, drop a comment or send me a DM. Referrals are always welcome.

About Lemon Collaborative
Lemon Collaborative is a boutique influencer management agency representing veterinary professionals, animal care, and mission-driven creators in the pet and animal-care space. We support our talent with management, strategic partnerships, and deal negotiations to help them grow sustainably while maintaining integrity in the industry and creating powerful campaigns + content.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed Event Coordinator to own the logistics behind our live events and activations, keep every partner informed, and build the repeatable systems that let us scale.
Role OverviewThe Event Coordinator owns the operational backbone of our events: logistics before, during, and after, along with the follow-through that keeps our brand and creator partners happy. This role is detail-heavy and requires strong organization, clear written communication, and reliable follow-up. We will start with a single event to make sure it is a great fit on both sides, then grow the role from there.
The Event Coordinator may also travel occasionally to conferences, creator events, or partner activations.

- Manage timelines, checklists, vendors, and on-site details so nothing slips
- Coordinate schedules and requirements across creators, brand partners, and internal team
- Track deliverables and deadlines leading up to each event
- Come up with creative ideas on ways for us to showcase sponsors and creators
Post-Event + Partner Communication
- Own the post-event debrief, capturing what worked and what to improve
- Send clear, timely recaps to all partners after each event
- Serve as a reliable, professional point of contact for partners throughout the event lifecycle
- Maintain event notes and communication history
Process + Systems
- Build and maintain a repeatable process so every activation runs the same high standard
- Update boards with event stages, tasks, and deliverables
- Keep event workflows organized, documented, and up to date
Potential Travel
- Attend select conferences, creator events, or partner activations as needed

Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years in event coordination, logistics, or operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written communication, especially for partner-facing recaps
- Comfortable with , and Google Workspace

- $25/hour
- Room to grow into an expanded role
