We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Growth & Operations Assistant to join our growing team.

This role supports two exciting businesses:

• Vita Blu
  , a premium food brand bringing authentic Sardinian Blue Zone products to the U.S.
• A successful real estate business serving clients throughout Northern New Jersey.

• Respond to customer emails and inquiries
• Manage outreach emails and vendor follow-ups
• Track orders and maintain inventory spreadsheets
• Assist with Amazon Seller Central
• Schedule and publish social media content
• Create simple graphics in Canva
• Research influencers, partnerships, and market opportunities
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns
• Complete general administrative tasks
• Schedule showings, appointments, and manage calendars
• Respond to client inquiries and follow-ups
• Update CRM and maintain client information
• Conduct MLS searches and market research
• Prepare listing and open house marketing materials
• Assist with social media content and scheduling
• Organize emails and support day-to-day administrative tasks
