Remote Volunteer Content Marketing Specialist — Youth Programs

Help Believe in Me plan and distribute useful, searchable content that connects volunteers, donors, educators, families, and community partners with opportunities for underserved youth and young people.

We are seeking a volunteer Content Marketing Specialist to turn program expertise, impact stories, and campaign goals into an organized publishing plan across Believe in Me, iLevelUP, Cougs 4 Kids, scholarships, and community partnerships.

• Build content calendars aligned with audience needs, campaigns, seasons, and program priorities
• Research search intent, questions, keywords, and distribution opportunities
• Brief writers, designers, video editors, and social-media volunteers
• Repurpose approved source material into website, email, social, video, and partner content
• Optimize titles, summaries, metadata, internal links, calls to action, and structured answers
• Track reach, engagement, conversions, and content performance
• Refresh outdated content and identify gaps
• Maintain inclusive language, accessibility, privacy, and brand consistency

• Experience in content marketing, editorial planning, SEO, digital communications, or audience development
• Strong research, writing, organization, and cross-functional coordination
• Ability to translate goals into measurable content plans
• Familiarity with analytics, content-management systems, email, and social channels
• Nonprofit, education, fundraising, or youth-program experience is helpful

This remote, recurring opportunity is flexible and typically requires up to 10 hours per month. Volunteers may participate from anywhere.
