We are looking for a full-time Marketing
Specialist - AI & Content Management (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Development and implementation of a cross-channel content strategy, as well as editorial planning for all marketing channels.
• Creation, design, and management of target-audience-specific content for online, social media, trade show, and event communications.
• Introduction, implementation, and further development of AI-powered processes and tools for efficient content creation and marketing automation.
• Translation of technical content into understandable, engaging content, and ensuring consistent brand and CI communication.
• Responsibility for content distribution, performance measurement, and continuous optimization based on relevant KPIs.
• Management of social media channels, community management, and coordination of content activities across branches.
• Advising and training internal departments on the use of AI in marketing and identifying new areas of application.
• Strategically developing marketing and content processes in close collaboration with internal departments.

• Degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, media design, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in content marketing or content management, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to content creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with video and moving-image formats.
• A knack for social media and the ability to tailor technical content to specific target audiences.
• Affinity for AI tools and an interest in digital marketing and content processes.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content analytics.
• Very good German and good English skills.
