Marketing Program Specialist

Are you ready to drive cross-functional excellence for a high-growth enterprise brand? As a Senior Marketing Programs Manager, you will act as a central consultative partner, transforming complex, strategic marketing priorities into seamless, scalable campaign architectures. You will own the strategic execution framework that aligns multi-disciplinary teams and powers high-visibility omni-channel initiatives.

Remote but local to Boise, ;
Plano, TX; or Santa Clara, CA are preferred. Responsibilities:

Architect dynamic intake and workflow frameworks to transform high-level marketing priorities into fully actionable, measurable campaign roadmaps.

Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Demand Gen, Content, Creative, and Systems teams to optimize program delivery and resolve dependencies.

Maintain integrated strategic roadmaps and resource calendars to proactively mitigate launch conflicts and streamline campaign execution.

Partner with Marketing Operations to optimize core GTM technology platforms, establishing scalable processes that maximize visibility and campaign impact.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience leading integrated marketing programs or campaign operations within a B2B or SaaS enterprise environment.

Advanced proficiency in enterprise workflow and marketing automation platforms, such as Asana, Marketo, or Salesforce.

Proven track record of structuring complex, ambiguous initiatives into cohesive, cross-functional execution strategies. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience managing complex nurture programs and multi-channel launches. Opportunity
