Everyman Theatre seeks a full-time Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This person plays a key role in bringing our brand to life through exceptional graphic design and creative print and multimedia content.
Working collaboratively with departments across the organization, your role is to create compelling visual content that promotes all Everyman Theatre productions by increasing awareness, enhancing patron engagement, and supporting sales activity. Additionally, your work will also support other initiatives at the theatre, such as Education programming and Philanthropy events.
Primary Responsibilities:As the lead graphic designer on our marketing team, you are responsible for creating production-ready artwork and preparing files for print, as well as supporting design needs for our digital platforms (web, social, paid advertising, etc). This position reports to the Associate Director of Marketing and works closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery for all channels.

- Design high-quality marketing materials, including listing flyers, brochures, postcards, digital ads, presentations, signage, organic social media, and other branded collateral.
- Capture and edit short-form video content that enhances our brand and drives engagement.
- Organize and maintain all creative assets, templates, photos, videos, and brand resources within creation platforms.
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to create custom marketing pieces that help promote company initiatives with visual storytelling.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing materials follow Everyman's brand identity across print, digital, and video platforms.
- Have a clear understanding of how content appears on each social platform (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Have a strong understanding of copywriting principles and marketing language, with the ability to develop compelling messaging and integrate it effectively into visual designs across digital and print platforms.
- Stay current with graphic design, social media, and marketing trends to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our materials.
- Utilize AI-powered planning and editing tools to streamline content creation and improve marketing efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of previous marketing experience (corporate internships and/or experience working in a creative agency strongly preferred)
- Real proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, Cap Cut, and AI creative tools.
- Proven success in utilizing creative graphic design to support marketing strategy and drive measurable results. You will be asked to share examples of your work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a positive attitude!
- Photography and Video editing is preferred but not required.

- Flexible schedule. This is a 40-hour/week position that is expected to be onsite for a minimum of three days per week, with flexibility for periodic remote work. Nights and weekends might be required for content capture.
