We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Junior Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital footprint, translating our high-end clinical treatments and wellness philosophy into engaging visual stories. This role is ideal for a passionate digital marketer ready to step into a full-time position, take ownership of social channels, and elevate a premium brand.

You will work closely with our marketing team to execute campaigns, lead end-to-end content creation, and directly shape how our clients experience our brand online.

• Content Creation & Design:
  Design premium social media assets (Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, carousels, and static posts) using tools like Canva and Cap Cut.
• Social Media Management:
  Plan, schedule, and execute cohesive content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, and other digital platforms.
• Copywriting:
  Craft compelling captions, hooks, and educational on-screen copy that resonate with our target audience while maintaining our professional clinic brand voice.
• On-Site Content Production:
  Support and lead in-clinic content shoots at our locations by directing/filming, organizing raw footage, and prepping clinical content for post-production.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  Monitor daily social media performance, track key engagement metrics, and prepare monthly reports to identify fresh opportunities for growth.
• Trend Research:
  Stay ahead of fast-moving social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral video formats, strategically adapting them to suit a luxury medical aesthetic brand.
• Workflow Optimization:
  Proactively leverage AI technologies to streamline research, speed up content ideation, and optimize creative workflows without sacrificing clinical quality and accuracy.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience managing brand social media accounts is preferred (structured internship experience is highly welcome).
• Platform Proficiency:
  Strong, practical knowledge of major social media ecosystems, particularly Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and Cap Cut (or similar mobile editors) for short-form video editing.
• Communication:
  Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail, tone of voice, and accuracy (crucial for medical/clinical content).
• Attributes:
  Creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable interacting with clinical staff and equipment during shoots.
• Tech-Forward:
  Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered creative tools to maximize productivity and content workflow is a strong advantage.
• Flexibility:
  Comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement, splitting time between remote work and on-site, in-clinic content shoots or team meetings.
