As the Amazon Ecommerce & Marketing Manager, you will be the primary architect of our growth on the Amazon platform. This role blends performance marketing, data analytics, and digital storefront management. You will own the strategy and execution of Amazon Ads and the continuous optimization of our Brand Stores across key European markets. Your goal is to drive high-intent traffic, maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and ensure a premium, localized brand experience for Kitchen Aid customers throughout Europe.
Work Location & Policy: This is a remote position with regular travel and presence at the Grimbergen (Belgium) office.
Your responsibilities will include- Campaign Management:
Build, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns. - Bidding & Budgeting:
Manage multi-country marketing budgets, performing daily bid adjustments and keyword harvesting to hit ACoS and TACOS targets. - Testing & Innovation:
Implement A/B testing for ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve CTR and Conversion Rates.
- Store Maintenance:
Act as the lead for Kitchen Aid Brand Stores across EU locales, ensuring content is updated for seasonal promotions, new product launches, and brand refreshes. - Localization:
Collaborate with translation and local marketing teams to ensure Brand Store copy and A+ Content resonate with cultural nuances in different EU markets. - CX Optimization:
Use Amazon Brand Analytics (ABA) to analyze Store insights (traffic sources, bounce rates, sales per visitor) and redesign layouts to improve the shopping journey.
- Performance Dashboards:
Develop and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports using Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Perpetua, or Pacvue). - Strategic Insights:
Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for senior leadership, identifying "white space" opportunities and competitive threats. - Inventory Alignment:
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure ad spend is aligned with stock availability and promotional calendars. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Ecommerce, specifically within the Amazon Advertising platform.
- Mastery of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central across multiple EU marketplaces.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling); experience with Amazon Marketing Stream or SQL is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a significant advantage for EU marketplace management.
- Experience in the Premium Consumer Goods or Home Appliance sector.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Brand Registry and protection tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles (working with creative teams to brief banners and video assets).
- Certification in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads & Retail for Advertisers).
- ROAS / ACoS:
Maintaining efficiency across all paid channels. - Store Conversion Rate:
Improving the percentage of Store visitors who complete a purchase. - New-to-Brand (NTB) Metrics:
Growing the customer base through strategic top-of-funnel advertising. - Market Share:
Increasing Kitchen Aid’s "Share of Voice" (SoV) for key kitchen appliance categories.
