Switchyards Inc. is seeking a contract Retention Coordinator to power member onboarding, lifecycle emails, and engagement to reduce churn. You’ll build programs in Hub Spot, keep our CRM clean, and coordinate projects across teams while supporting SMS expansion.
This brand-new role starts in 2026 for 20 hours per week, with a path to full-time in 2027. Atlanta-based candidates are preferred, with flexibility for Nashville, TN and remote work.
