Rise Capital Group is a Houston-based investment firm focused on Oil & Gas, Real Estate, and Alternative Investments. We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team full-time and oversee the growth, content strategy, and daily management of our social media presence.
This is not a freelance or remote position. We are looking for an in-office team member who can collaborate directly with our media, marketing, investor relations, and executive teams to create content that strengthens our brand, builds credibility, and generates business opportunities.
We are a technology-driven company and expect team members to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to maximize productivity, efficiency, and content creation.
Position Overview The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, organizing, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across multiple brands and platforms. The ideal candidate understands corporate branding, personal branding, content marketing, storytelling, audience growth, and social media analytics.
Experience in financial services, investment firms, real estate, energy, oil & gas, or other corporate industries is highly preferred.
AI PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENT
- We are seeking a Social Media Manager who actively utilizes AI tools to improve efficiency, content production, and performance.
- Candidates should be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar technologies.
- AI should be used to assist with:
- Content creation
- Caption writing
- Content planning
- Research
- Content ideation
- Audience analysis
- Marketing strategy
- Workflow optimization
- The ideal candidate understands how to leverage AI while maintaining quality, creativity, and brand consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with financial firms, investment firms, private equity firms, family offices, or corporate brands
- Experience with in the Oil & Gas industry
- Experience with in the Energy sector
- Experience building executive personal brands
- Experience managing Linked In growth strategies
- Experience with paid social media advertising
- Photography or videography experience is a plus
- Graphic design experience is a plus
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools

Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000 per year Bonus
