Affiliate Manager
We're seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager fluent in Spanish to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key role in growing and managing our affiliate network, helping drive performance and building long lasting partnerships.
What You'll Do- Recruit and onboard new affiliates/IBs (introducing brokers or partners), and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
- Monitor and manage affiliate programs and activity ensuring campaigns perform well and stay aligned with company standards.
- Communicate with affiliates: answer questions, resolve issues, negotiate contracts or renewals, and ensure partners are supported.
- Search for affiliate or traffic networks, negotiate cooperation agreements, and build strategic partnerships with networks and affiliates.
- Create proposals for affiliate relationships, including estimating return on investment (ROI), and prepare promotional materials/briefs for affiliate campaigns where needed.
- Monitor performance data and sales reports to assess whether campaigns are producing expected results optimize or discontinue campaigns as needed.
- Analyse demographic and market data to identify emerging markets or opportunities for network expansion.
- Work with the creative/marketing team to prepare promotional assets and coordinate international events, exhibitions, or industry meetups when representing the company.
- Fluency in Spanish (oral and written) and good command of English (at least B2).
- 1-2 years experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role managing partnerships / performance-based marketing.
- Strong understanding of affiliate / partner marketing channels, affiliate networks and performance marketing concepts.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, organizational and communication skills able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset comfortable working with data, metrics, conversions, ROI and performance reports.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel and ability to work with tracking/affiliate management platforms and readiness to travel to conferences or team meetings when required.
