Remote Specialist eCommerce Optimization - Zales

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving merchandise sales and margin for supported brands through merchandising, navigation adjustments, site optimization, maintenance, and analytics.
• Maintain webstore taxonomy, product information, and attribution reviews.
• Create and execute promotions and pricing events.
• Implement site optimization tasks, including SEO best practices, content highlighting, and product sequencing to support promotions.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting and competitive analysis.
• Execute merchandising decisions based on Manager and Brand eCommerce direction, including product sequencing, key item highlights, and promotional support.
• Apply and maintain badging and campaign support aligned with approved merchandising and promotional strategies.
• Assist Manager and Analyst with competitive reporting and KPI analysis to identify execution issues and optimization opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in eCommerce, online merchandising/sales, digital marketing, or related eCommerce business.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, data warehouse management systems, and content management systems.
• Experience with Bazaar Voice Ratings and Reviews, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Jira/Confluence.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
