CXD Ventures is seeking a Creative Strategist for a fast-scaling DTC brand. You will generate ad concepts, write briefs, coordinate production, and analyze performance across campaigns.
Work is fully remote in the US, with mentorship from a senior strategist and a high-velocity testing environment where your ideas ship and scale quickly. You will iterate on winners and measure hooks, CTR, and spend efficiency, earning uncapped bonuses as you grow toward Senior Strategist.
