You will own the retention plan, leverage data from Klaviyo, Shopify, Lifetimely, and Claude, and drive email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives to boost engagement and lifetime value.
You will build segmentation, test flows, and mentor the Email Marketing Specialist while collaborating with Paid Media and Site Merchandising to enhance the overall customer experience.
